  1. Request a Return: Email us at planetspices@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and required proof (unboxing video and photos).
  2. Approval & Instructions: If approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our mistake.
  3. Refund/Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or send a replacement as applicable.

To process any refund or return request, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened from its original sealed condition. The video must clearly capture the entire unboxing process to validate claims of damage, defects, or incorrect items.

  2. Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
  3. Processing the Refund:
    • International Orders (USD Payments): Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
    • India Orders (INR Payments): Refunds will be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or the original payment method.
  4. Timeframe: Once approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
